The villa is situated on a large plot, consisting of a spacious garden, a porch and an orchard with 70 olive trees that can be harvested annually for fresh olive oil. On the property there is ample parking space and a stone pizza oven, a barbecue, a shed for tools and an outdoor shower.
The villa is about an hour's drive from Rome airport, about 8 km from the center of the historic town of Tarquinia and close to the beach and several delicious eateries. It is the ideal place for people who love peace and quiet, but also like to visit the beach and the characteristic surroundings.
