De Balsemoom is a very cozy house, which is surprisingly hidden in a quiet street in the old town.
The house has a large (550m2) south-faced walled garden and a spacious terrace.
Evergreen oak and bamboo offer a lot of atmosphere and privacy.
There is space for 3 cars in the private parking plot. Very important, because long-term parking in the streets of Bruges is not possible.
The house in the garden has the atmosphere of an English cottage. The cedar orangery is the link between home and garden. Even on winter days, this is a wonderful place because of the light, the green nature all around and the pleasant temperature thanks to the good insulation.
The house has a very practical and well equipped kitchen where cooking enthusiasts like to work.
The villa can accommodate 10 people and has the following floor plan: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with toilet and sink for two persons, a bathhouse with two bathrooms, each with toilet and walk-in shower. First floor: 1 bedroom for two people with bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and bath; a bedroom for two with a cot. Second floor: two small bedrooms with two beds each.
The quality of the mattresses, duvets, sheets and towels is especially good.
