The hills around the village of Montaione are the most beautiful in Tuscany and have magnificent views over the Chianti region towards nearby Certaldo, Volterra and San Gimignano.

The village of Montaione (approx. 4 km) has several restaurants, pizzerias, a bar, supermarket and other amenities.
