The house has a surface area of 100m² and a garden of 250m² and is located in a quiet location in the center of the village of Langewiese. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the space, and the view over the valley.
After opening the front door, you enter the vestibule and then the hallway. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, cozy spacious dining room, and cozy living room with wood-burning stove and French doors to the garden. The bathroom with bathtub and toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms and an additional toilet. Both bedrooms have space for an extra bed or cot (optional extra). The sofa in the living room can also be easily converted into a sofa bed.
