The Apartment:
The apartment is located on the "first floor" (floor -3) with a balcony facing southwest, giving you sunshine on the balcony from about 1 p.m. until sunset. Directly in front of the balcony is the ski slope. You can possibly access the slopes directly from the apartment.
The building has a sauna, gym and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From the ski storage room (own lockable ski closet) you step directly onto the piste, which takes you within 100 to 200 meters to the valley stations of as many as six major elevators. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. One bedroom (Cabin) is with a bunk bed (3 beds) and a second bedroom (Chambre) with a double bed of 1.40 m wide, separated by a sliding wall from the living room (Sejour). The living room has a 2-person sofa bed, chairs and dining table. There is a kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, oven and induction hob. The bathroom has a bathtub combined with rain shower and sprayer. There is a flat screen and stereo system. The area of the apartment is about 30 m2 with a balcony of about 5 m2. It is excellent for 4 adults or 2 adults with three children.
