Nice vacation home in the municipality of Claudon with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable living area with open kitchen equipped with all necessary built-in appliances such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and spacious refrigerator with two freezer drawers.
The entire ground floor of the house has underfloor heating for comfortable warmth in the winter months, with additional heating in the bathrooms. Lovely spacious unfenced garden with unobstructed views, equipped with outdoor table with chairs and sun loungers. The private garden can also be used. Here you will find the 5-meter swimming pool (from June to October) and the table tennis table.
There is also a private pond with fish (carp), a chicken coop, a beginner's vegetable garden, and horses in the adjacent meadow. We live in the old farmhouse and are often available to answer questions or offer assistance where needed. We enjoy living here and would love for you to experience it too!
