The building is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen/living room, made of Vietri ceramics in Mediterranean style. Living room with two sofas in front of the stone fireplace. Dining room with vintage bookcase decorated with antique objects and large table. The entire ground floor is in one space, plus we have a small bathroom. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms with views over the Irpina countryside and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The exterior of the house consists of a 3000 m² garden with centuries-old olive trees. Next to the house, there is a large terracotta-tiled area with a gazebo and awnings for relaxing outdoors. The awning next to the kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, stone oven, and sink. Adjacent to the living room, we have a gazebo with a stone living room. The house is independent and located about 800 m from the village. The cottage can accommodate up to 9 people. The price is for 4 people.
