An oasis of calm fifteen miles outside Palermo, Villa Tiziana is an elegant six-bedroom home with sea views and a shady garden.

A phenomenal location, almost at the water's edge
One kilometre east of Casteldaccia in the province of Palermo, between the state road and motorway that follow Sicily's north coast and the shore of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a little stretch of residential development follows the sandy beaches. The street is gated, with the maintenance costs of the private road shared by a small number of residents. Any renovation work would be purely a question of personal taste, priorities or aesthetics. The windows are single-glazed but beautifully made in solid wood.
