Il Cocciaio is a romantic little cottage in the midst of a natural reserve on the shores of the river Tiber, below the village of Monte Castello di Vibio, a lovely hill-top town between Marsciano and Todi. The stone built cottage was originally a pottery maker, using the clay from the river, and was converted into a nice holiday home with a large open space and kitchen on the ground floor and 2-3 bedrooms upstairs, there are 2 bathrooms. The beams are bending a bit so it would be wise to repair the roof. There is a nice terrace up front, great to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature and the burble of the river below. The house has almost 2 ha of land, ideal for creating a nice garden.
An ideal spot for relaxing, but not far from the villages and towns of Umbria!
