Characteristic and completely restored stone house, quietly situated on the edge of the village of Bazzano, in the municipality of Spoleto. The house on two floors consists of two independent apartments with a small private garden and a wood oven. Each apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, but differs in layout from each other. During the restoration in 2010, many of the characteristic features were preserved. For example, the floors in the apartment on the ground floor are tiled with terracotta-like tiles and the original ceilings are completely made of wood. The first floor apartment, on the other hand, has original terracotta floors, with the exception of a wooden floor in the bedroom, and original roof construction with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Next to the house is a small, fully enclosed garden, with lawn, terrace and pergola, an ideal place to spend the summer and eat outside, partly due to the presence of an original wood-fired oven. Beautiful view over the surrounding landscape and the lower valley. A lovely holiday home, which can also be rented out partly or entirely to tourists if desired.
