This Nature House is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of the forest. The house was built in the 1980s and then abandoned; nature and animals have reclaimed their space. Deer, roe deer, wolves, foxes, and wild boars roam freely, and you can find asparagus, truffles, mushrooms, juniper berries, and everything else the forest undergrowth has to offer. From the house, you have a 360° view of the forest, almost as if you are immersed in it. The house offers 100% privacy and the grounds extend over 10,000 m². The cottage is ideal for 4 people. The ROAD to the house is steep and not suitable for sports cars. It is also possible to use a private beach at Lake Cingoli, which is located below the house, and enjoy all the attractions that the Marche region has to offer.
