Villa Beatrice a renovated ancient noble house is within walking distance, 200m, of the town of Caldarola and its famous Castle Il Palotta. This Country House with a total floor space of circa 570m²,  has six self-contained apartments. In the main house, on the ground floor, is a large hallway and two spacious family apartments. One apartment with three en-suite bedrooms and one apartment with two en-suite-bedrooms. On the first floor are another two apartments each with two bedrooms. One apartment has also a loft.

There are two detached outbuildings; one outbuilding, Casa della Piscina, is located in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool and has an independent entrance. On the ground floor is the garden and an outside staircase leads to the first floor with a porch and living room with kitchenette. An en-suite bedroom is on the second floor. Also, on the ground floor is a shower room with a separate entrance with four showers and four toilets to be used by the swimming pool guests.

The second outbuilding, the Dependance, is a studio apartment with a private entrance and a small porch perfect for relaxing. Here you can enjoy the view and having meals in the open air. Inside is a kitchenette, a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a large salt water pool of 7 by 14 meters with spacious stairway of four by two meters. Next to the swimming pool is also a separate Jacuzzi.
