The four-story Palazzo Brunetti is located in the historical centre of Montegiorgio. It is perfectly located with a stupendous view on the Sibillini Mountains. In the small garden of 200m² is a well and an entrance to an underground passage. There is a large terrace and a balcony. The palazzo was first only one family house but over the years other parts has been added. It might be possible to divide the palazzo in smaller apartments but you could also consider to change it in a Hotel du Charme.

It was last lived in approximately ten years and a few years ago the roof has been repaired.
