We rent our private holiday home built in 2016 and located in Vinisce near Trogir.
Our house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, 3 walk-in showers, 3 sinks. 2 toilets, entrance hall.
Large storage room with refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, 2 electric bicycles, surfboards.
Large terrace (100m²) with heated private swimming pool 8.4x 4 meters, 1.4 m deep.
Second terrace with a view of the sea.
Outdoor kitchen with induction fire and Weber gas BBQ, sink with cold and hot water.
Garden with herbal plants.
Private parking for at least 2 cars.
The road in front of the house is a cul-de-sac so the children can walk around safely.
1st floor accessible via internal and external stairs.
Living room with sitting and dining area, open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator-freezer.
Separate toilet, sink, storage cupboard.
Sitting area with sofa that can be converted into a double bed and can be separated from the dining room with a curtain for privacy.
Satellite TV (TV Vlaanderen), DVD player, internet.
Air conditioning on both floors.
Spacious terrace overlooking the bay and sea.
Shops, restaurants at 800m.
Places of interest: Trogir: 15km, Split: 35km, Krka waterfalls at 60km, Rogoznica at 20km.
Split airport at a 25km, Zadar airport at a 80km.
Prices per week: July-August: 300€/day, other months 200€/day.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible.
Including: cleaning, consumption, tourist tax, pool maintenance, sheets and towels.
We help the tenants with all preparations such as renting a car, booking a flight, etc.
