The main entrance to the house is on the east side of the ground floor, where there is also a garage combined with a workshop.

The basement, or garden level, is divided into nine rooms, including a space that could serve as a fitness studio. The cozy sauna area with a shower provides a relaxing way to end the day. It features two large sauna cabins. This level also houses the pellet central heating system, the pellet storage room, two well-equipped laundry rooms, and a storage room.

The highlight of the garden level is a spacious common room with an adjoining commercial kitchen and bar, perfect for enjoying a glass of champagne in the evening. A large south-facing terrace extends seamlessly, offering a beautiful space for shared moments or barbecue nights – everything is already prepared.
