Do you prefer to lie on the beach? Within 15 minutes you are on the boulevard of Torrox-Costa with plenty of sunbeds and cozy terraces. You can get a fresh sandwich in 10 minutes in the historic village of Torrox.

The location of our house is absolutely quiet and via a small private road, you are quickly on the main route between Torrox and the idyllic Cómpeta. If you come by plane, you can reach our house in just 45 minutes by car from the airport (Malaga-Airport).

You have access to a roof terrace and several higher terraces with olive trees, each with its own view.
These terraces are less accessible for disabled people. The house, swimming pool and adjoining terrace are all on one level and have a tiled floor.
At the pool you can relax on the sunbeds in the shade of the umbrellas.
The swimming pool will be heated from spring 2023, you will have access to an extra roof with lounge set and a third bedroom with bunk beds.

All windows are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. There is a fan in every room and both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The house is 105m2 and the plot area is 1057m2. The house is equipped with WiFi, a TV with ChromeCast and DVD player.
