An underground parking for very small car! 12m² a little bit difficult to park

A beautiful tropical garden with 4 pools including 1 shallow children's pool, showers, changing room and quiet sitting areas.

from 14/6 - July/August to 14/9 with lifeguard!

Behind the complex you will find a supermarket Consum, pharmacy, bus stops (all just behind the complex!), restaurants, bars,.... You can take the bus (about 4 stops) to the La Marina Shoppingcenter, Makro, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Wok restaurant, KFC and all kinds of restaurants. Also there is a Mediamarket, an Action and a Decathlon and several furniture- and clothingstores.
For Benidorm center, it is about 20 min ride by bus 2 or 3. If you take bus 54 you can visit the fishing village Villajoyosa, 7 km away. Market day there is thursday in the morning..

Exclusive :
- security deposit 300 euro (will be refunded after receipt of
electricity bill + after inspection of apartment and when
everything is in order) = approximately after 6/7 weeks
- final cleaning + laundry = 70 euros
Mandatory - laundry of the sheets/towels of the last week is
provided by an external company

Optional :
- 1 beach towel 10 euro each for1 per person
- Chromecast deposit 60 euro

Re electricity : is to paid separately, only during July and August 10 euros per week is included.
If the airconditioning/heating is used continuously, will exceed normal consumption and additional costs will be charged.
Please take care!
You can pay a fixed amount of 50 euros per week or 200 euro per month. In case of additional consumption, only the difference/remainder is calculated and/or refunded/deducted from your deposit - if you have used less, we will refund the difference/remainder to your account. You only pay the actual electricity costs stated on the invoice.

A small dog on request only for long term stays!
An additional cost will be charged;
