Casa Luce is a beautiful and cozy villa, ideal for couples (entire villa).

The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine, kettle, double sink and a natural stone top.

A beautiful living room / dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV with Dutch channels, fiber internet / WIFI, Bose sound system, etc.

On the first floor is 1 bedroom (with air conditioning), comfortable beds and built-in closets. This bedroom has an opposite bathroom with shower.

Upstairs
On the upper floor is a beautiful bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom is adjacent to a private balcony overlooking the sea. The ensuite bathroom upstairs also has a shower.

On the covered terrace (Naya) overlooking the valley and the sea is a table with 4 chairs. There is also an easy-to-use Weber gas barbecue.

From this naya you walk straight to the pool and terraces with sun beds where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. In summer you probably need more shade, which you will find under the palm tree and on the naya.

Javea is located on the Costa Blanca, 100 km south of Valencia and 90 km north of Alicante. This green part of the Costa Blanca has a pleasant climate. In summer it is not as hot as inland and in winter the temperature remains more pleasant than in the rest of Spain.

Casa Luce is located in the beautiful district of Cap Marti a short distance (about 2 km) from the cozy Arenal sandy beach. This beautiful beach has a promenade with several bars, restaurants and stores. The beach with palm trees, sunbeds and showers has a tropical atmosphere. The sea water here is crystal clear and pleasant in temperature.

The villa itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so you are not bothered by traffic. The site of 1000m2 is fully fenced and has an automatic gate.

The large swimming pool (10 x 5m) has Roman steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with fine sunbeds. The garden has several palm trees, olive trees and other tropical plants. Parking on private property.

From several places in and around the house there is a beautiful sea view!

The (entire) house is rented to only 2 people (including child(ren) from 10 years, due to the depth of the pool). Children must be able to swim well.
