Casita Rena

Casita Rena is a cozy, atmospheric holiday home located in a beautiful rural area. It is surrounded by orange and lemon groves.

The living room / dining room is stylishly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, TV with all conceivable channels, fiber optic internet / WIFI, Bose sound system, etc.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen you have a view of the swimming pool.

The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and has a comfortable double bed. Adjacent is the ensuite bathroom with shower. In the living room there is room for 2 extra people by means of a very luxurious sofa bed.

Both behind and next to the casita you will find a terrace where you can drink a coffee in the morning sun to start the day. From there you can walk to the swimming pool where you can enjoy the Spanish sun on sunbeds.

The location of the house is in San Bartolomé (Municipality of Orihuela) and is located on the Costa Blanca, 50 km south of Alicante and 56 km north of Cartagena. This part of the Costa Blanca has a pleasant climate. In the summer it is not as hot as inland and in the winter the temperature remains more pleasant than in the rest of Spain.

Casita Rena is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by several villages where there is a market every day. The beautiful beach of Guardamar del Segura has a boulevard with various bars, restaurants and shops and is only a fifteen minute drive away. The beach with palm trees, sunbeds and showers has a tropical atmosphere. The sea water here is clear and pleasantly warm.

The house itself is located on a dead end road so you are not bothered by traffic. The 1700m2 plot is completely fenced and has an automatic entrance gate.

You can use the large swimming pool (8 x 4m). It has a sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Access to the pool is gated. The garden has various palm trees, olive trees and other tropical plants.
