We are a Dutch/German couple who have been coming to this beautiful part of Spain for over 40 years. We bought the house in February because we love the wonderful, quiet location with lots of sunshine all day in the urbanization Montemar. Especially the bright living room with windows on the east, south and west invite us to stay longer in the winter.
