Casa Amandine is located on the beautiful coastline of Moraira/Benissa and is a fantastic little paradise to enjoy your next vacation with friends or family. The villa boasts a unique location—plenty of privacy yet very centrally situated on the coast between Moraira and Benissa-Costa. It offers a stunning ocean view and is within walking distance of La Fustera Beach, featuring the beach bar La Mandala (open 365 days a year!), as well as key amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, and beach bars.

The villa has been recently renovated, is tastefully decorated, and enjoys sunshine all day long. The villa features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful, very private pool with an Ibiza-style pergola, an outdoor kitchen, and several terraces and lounge areas. The tropical landscaping surrounding the house also creates a wonderful vacation atmosphere. The villa is very comfortable and luxuriously furnished, featuring new, spacious, high-end beds.

The villa has two floors, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a cozy living room and large kitchen on the upper floor. The cozy living room features a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with Netflix, and a cozy dining room with a round dining table that seats 6 people. The open and luxuriously appointed kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a gas stove with 5 burners (including a grill burner), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a Nespresso machine, a high-end kitchen blender, and a washing machine. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large living room with an open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop and oven, as well as 2 large refrigerators to keep your drinks nice and cool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners that can both cool and heat.

In addition, for the sports enthusiasts among us, there is also a ping-pong table.

Casa Amandine accommodates 10 guests and is available for rent year-round. Outside of school holidays and the months of July and August, it is possible upon request to rent only the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

The Surroundings
Moraira is a small and charming old Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea with a lovely marina and an 18th-century fortress. The World Health Organization ranks Moraira’s climate as one of the healthiest in the world. With 325 sunny days, Moraira is a year-round sun destination.
