In the heart of the mountains, this Nature House offers breathtaking views of the Vall d'Albaida and the Cim de Benicadell nature reserve. The 60m² cottage has its own entrance with a large enclosed terrace and is located below the main house.
It has two spacious, cozy bedrooms, a relaxed living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The covered terrace has an outdoor table, and you can enjoy the sun on the open terrace. On the rear terrace of the large house, you can cool off in the shared swimming pool and enjoy the view.
The three dogs provide lots of cuddles and security on the grounds. Other dogs are welcome after consultation. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage or on the grounds out of respect for nature and for fire safety reasons. The cottage is powered by solar panels and the water supply comes from collected and filtered rainwater.
