This has never happened before, we are selling a designer kitchen made by a German carpenter together with this fantastic new 2 bedroom villa. The architect has planned an L-shaped villa with pool on a plot of 550 m2, the local developer has then built a villa according to the plans that does not exist again. A large, light-flooded living room houses the kitchen with island, top built-in appliances and a great design with a view of the pool. It continues with a guest room and the large master suite with its own dressing room or utility room. You don't find this so often, this villa is actually a model for 3 bedrooms but the builders have decided that 2 bedrooms with dressing room is probably more in keeping with reality. All rooms are air-conditioned with central air conditioning, the large sliding doors, still south-west facing, bring a lot of light and a generous atmosphere. The extra high ceiling in the living area is certainly a good idea and gives the central living area a pleasant atmosphere. The pool is sheltered from the wind in the centre of the villa and can be seen from all rooms. The location of the villa in the Vega Hills urbanisation offers an international community of owners, while the town of Calasparra offers a typical Spanish lifestyle with tradition and culture. Calasparra is a Spanish municipality in the province of Murcia, known for its historical and natural wealth, including prehistoric cave paintings, the rock sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza and its world-famous protected rice. The town is located on the River Segura and benefits from unique irrigation through historic aqueducts that enable the cultivation of rice. Caravaca de la Cruz is a holy city in the Spanish region of Murcia, known for the relic of the Holy Cross and as a place of pilgrimage, just 15 kilometres away. The city was recognised by the Pope in 1998 as one of five holy cities, with a perpetual jubilee year every seven years. Its historical importance is reflected in a medieval castle, which houses the chapel of St Vera Cruz, as well as traces of Iberian, Roman and Arab civilisations. The capital of the region, Murcia, can be reached in around 45 minutes and offers everything a Spanish provincial capital has to offer: Tapas bars, historic city centre, friendly people but also modern shopping centres and entertainment venues.
