Beautiful thatched villa in South-Africa, situated within a leafy and secured estate together with 19 other villas. The house is located in Phalaborwa just 1 km away from the entrance of the famous Krugerpark.
The villa has a large living room and ditto kitchen. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a vide with extra sleeping possibilities. A third bathroom is available for guests staying there. Eyecatcher and joybringer is the large roofed outside terrace.
All comforts are available. The whole house is airconditioned, there is a home battery in case of power failure and also a lightning conductor.
Together with the other homeowners an organization has been established that takes care of management, renting out the house (if you want to) and house and garden maintenance. This all delivers a lot of comfort when you're staying at the villa but also back home because you can rest assure that everything is taken care of.
There's a swimming pool on the premises, collectively owned by all the homeowners.
