This luxurious traditional safari villa, built in 2005 and completely renovated in 2023, is located in the heart of the South African wilderness, on Raptor's View Wildlife Estate, near the Kruger National Park and the Blyde River Canyon, just outside the safari capital of South Africa, Hoedspruit. The villa is overlooking a large dam / waterhole, which is a rare find. The unique location guarantees regular animal sightings.

PLENTY OF LIVING COMFORT

This villa offers you all the luxury and space you could wish for and features three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a very spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, a guest toilet, and a spacious floor above the entrance that can serve as a study or fourth bedroom.  The large covered terrace is located directly next to the swimming pool. The living area of the villa is 368 m², of which 60 m² is covered terrace by the pool, 22 m² is covered terrace at the entrance, and there is also a double garage (42 m²) and carport (36 m²). The hardwood terrace has an area of 60 m². 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and spacious dressing room are very generously sized and offer every possible luxury, including air conditioning, double sinks, an indoor and outdoor shower, and a large freestanding bathtub and toilet. The two guest bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, double sinks, a toilet, and indoor and outdoor showers. Both bedrooms have a floor accessible from the bedroom, which could be used as a sleeping area for children. 

Kitchen and utility room

The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, and an American refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. 

Living room

The living room consists of a spacious seating area that is wonderful to relax in. The doors to the terrace can be opened completely, bringing the entire outdoor space into the living room. The living room has a fireplace and air conditioning.

The property is connected to the internet. The current internet speed of the subscription is 50 Mbps upload/download speed and can be increased to 200 Mbps if desired.

The house was built in 2005 and used as a vacation home by the current owners. In 2023, the house underwent a thorough renovation. First, the thatched roof was replaced and the entire house was painted, both inside and out. The wooden terrace was also replaced with a new hardwood terrace and most of the equipment was replaced, including the heat pump for the swimming pool and all air conditioning units. Both the heat pump and the air conditioning units (Daikin) can be controlled with an app.
