This apartment is in De Panne, located on the traffic free boulevard.
On the 6th floor, hence a great view! The beach is wide and a large dune area is within walking distance.
De Panne is a medium-sized town with a lot of shops and many restaurants. In 5 minutes walking distance you are in the centre of the town.
There are balconies on the the side and on the rear side
The living room is 30m2. The apartment is very spacious with 70m2. There is a modern dining area and a sitting area with leather sofas, a TV and DVD player and a complete sound system. We have a new kitchen with combi / microwave oven and dishwasher.
A roomwide sliding door gives access to the balcony on the beach side
There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2x2 bunk beds (90x200) and one with a double bed 160x200m
Bathroom with bath / shower and sink. Separate toilet.
