This beautifully renovated house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 600 m from the beach and 200 m from the local traders. Nearby is the cinema, several playgrounds and a dog area.

Maison Lucie was very tastefully renovated and decorated. The living room is very cosy with a sitting area in the bay window and a dining area next to the open kitchen. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms of which 2 are equipped with a double bed and also have a balcony. The third bedroom is a children's room with bunk beds. There are also 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub with massage function! The terrace is equipped with a garden table, chairs and a parasol in the summer.

There is private parking in front of the house. At 800 metres you can take the coastal tram to De Panne/Adinkerke or Oostende/Knokke in Koksijde Bad or Ster der Zee.
