Thieu and Christien together rent out a recently renovated vacation home located on a separate part of the farm located in rural Bocholt to the north of Limburg just near the Dutch border. An active farm where mainly dairy cattle and arable farming is done. My hobby is mainly to run my farm and open it to people who are here on vacation and who are interested in the ins and outs of the farm. People can actively participate in the farm and children can play safely in our recently built playground.
Limburg is also known for its many, good and fine cycle paths and its network of cycle junctions.
Kempenbroek is nearby to make many nature walks on well-marked trails.
If you prefer something more cultural, you can visit the church for the "tower relocation museum", "brewery museum" and afterwards you can quench your thirst in the nearby pubs to taste their home-made beers from the local brewery " Martens".
