The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker, and 2 bathrooms with bidet and walk-in shower. There is a children's playground on the property. To avoid magnetic waves, the house has no Wi-Fi or television. A library and board games are available.
