After 9 years of running a restaurant in West-Flanders, I moved with my family to the Ardennes, to the quiet village of Honnay in the municipality of Beauraing, not far from the more famous town of Han-sur-Lesse. 10 years later, it started itching again to run something independently and we started a B&B in Chairière, Vresse-sur-Semois. We partially restored our former home in country style and now rent it out as a vacation home. Maybe we'll return there later, because it really is a lovely place to stay!
