Beautiful holiday villa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, relaxation area and a large private garden. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fitted kitchen, a sitting area with leather sofa. On the ground floor and the first floor there are 6 bedrooms together, four of which have their own bathroom and two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. There is also an extra shower in the pool area and 3 additional toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, two ovens, and a large induction cooktop. There's a classic coffee maker with filters, as well as a Nespresso pod machine and a milk frother for making delicious cappuccinos and latte macchiatos. The Nespresso machine also accepts coffee pods from L'Or, Douwe Egberts, Starbucks, and Nescafé. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. The pool has a pleasant temperature of approximately 31°C. The villa and the pool are heated with solar collectors and a geothermal heat pump. The electricity is mainly produced with photovoltaic solar panels. This holiday home is one of the first CO2 neutral holiday homes with an indoor pool in Belgium. Due to the energy-efficient concept, the energy costs are very low. A charging station for electric cars is also available. The charging price per kWh is € 0.40. Special prices for couples and small groups in the midweek. The other bedrooms remain closed. The wellness remains completely and exclusively available to the tenants of the holiday home.
The prices listed on the website are for the use of 4 bedrooms. The price for extra rooms is available upon request. Final cleaning, bed linen, and tourist tax are included in the price. Only energy costs are to be paid separately, either based on meter readings or as a flat rate.
In the area are vast forests with marked hiking trails and mountain bike routes. At 1 km the RAVeL starts towards Born, part of the more the 1,500 km separated cycle path route mainly on old railway bed. Safe cycling right through nature. Close to the holiday home is an indoor playground and a children's farm. Plopsa Coo is at 16 km.
