Located in Residentie Baelskaai 20 on the Oosteroever, you can stay on the 5th floor with a view of the quay and fishing boats. Also on the park behind. Take long walks by the sea, stroll in the hustle and bustle of the city or enjoy a nice dinner in one of the numerous restaurants.
Our new holiday apartment (105m²) contains a large spacious living room with lots of light and 180° view. The whole apartment has oak parquet flooring throughout, the sanitary facilities are tiled (non-slip). Everything is decorated with new trendy furniture. High ceilings and high windows on the floor, which give an open feeling. South facing terrace and living room. 2 Lifts available. Fire alarm.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds (single beds can be made - request in advance to the owner), 1 pull-out bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, living room with digital television, radio/CD player, bluetooth speaker, balcony/terrace (6m²).
Pitch in the closed underground garage, bike shed, stroller / wagon shed.

From the hall you can enter the 2 bedrooms and the separate guest toilet.
Bedroom 1: 2 double quality boxspring bed with high quality pocket spring mattresses (160x200) wardrobe, digital TV with integrated DVD player, adjoining bathroom with toilet, large sink with large closet drawers, large walk-in shower. (rain shower)
Bedroom 2: 2 person quality box spring bed with high quality pocket spring mattresses (160x200) wardrobe, with annex shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin with cupboard drawers.
A third double bed is located in the living room and is a pull-out bed (Sofabed) with high quality pocket spring mattress (140x200).
The open kitchen with island, is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, combi/microwave oven, hot air oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc... All household goods available for 6 persons.
Storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, freezer. Vacuum cleaner, drying rack available.
