VILLA DE VLIER

This villa is located near the nature reserve of De Panne. Surrounded by an enclosed large garden and in a quiet and green environment. This within walking distance of the sea and center. Everything to spend an ideal vacation.

We rent from Friday to Friday, but all periods are negotiable.

The villa sleeps 11 adults. There are additionally 2 cribs and 2 highchairs.
The house can be divided into two parts. The three-bedroom villa sleeps 7 people. Separated with a double door there is an apartment on the first floor with sleeping accommodation for 4 people. This apartment has a separate entrance.

Rent January, February and March 700 euros per week excluding fees.
Rental price crocus vacation Flanders + Wallonia: 900 euro per week excluding costs.
Rent Easter vacations Flanders + Wallonia: 1,200 euros per week excluding costs.
Rental price April: 900 euro per week excluding costs.
Rent May: 1,000 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent June: 1,200 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent July and August: 1,600 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent September: 1,200 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent October: 900 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent November and December: 700 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent autumn vacation Flanders + Wallonia: 1,000 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent for Christmas vacations Flanders + Wallonia: 1,100 euros per week excluding fees.

Minimum rental price weekend or midweek outside holiday periods: 700 euro excluding costs.
