On the edge of the forest surrounded by the beautiful nature reserve the Alloo you will find this beautiful 6 person villa 304 that gives you the feeling of peace, space and privacy. Enjoy the scenery on Texel.

First floor with luxury kitchen
You enter this luxurious villa through the hall. This hall has a toilet. You then enter the attractively furnished living room. In the evening you can warm up by the woodstove after a long walk or after a nice walk on the Texel beach. In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV, radio, DVD/CD player and tiled floors.

From the living room you enter directly into the open kitchen. Preparing a delicious meal becomes a lot easier with the fully equipped kitchen. Some of the amenities in the kitchen include: combi oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, juicer and kettle.

On the first floor you will find the first of the three bedrooms. The bedroom has laminate flooring and 2x single box spring beds and its own television.

For household chores you can find all the necessities in the storage room of the villa. The storage room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. You will also find a safe in the storage room for your valuables.

Upper floor with Finnish sauna
When you go upstairs you can enjoy a wonderful Finnish sauna. You can completely relax and let go of all the stresses of everyday life.

The two spacious bedrooms upstairs are attractively furnished and are equipped with 2x single box-spring beds, one of which has its own television. The beds in the bedrooms have comforters. Renting the linen is mandatory. There is also a camp bed available. Please bring your own linen for this.

The bathroom of the luxury villa is equipped with a bathroom cabinet, shower, bathtub, 2nd separate toilet and Finnish sauna.
