On a fairytale-like spot on the border of the farmlands and pine forest just south of De Koog ( and close to the beach ) you will find our brand new vacation homes.

These vacation homes are equipped with every luxury and comfort and contain visible elements of the typical Texel building style. The gardens are sheltered and the terraces face south. So you can fully enjoy the early spring sun or the long warm summer evenings.

<b>Energy zero</b>
Great care has been taken with the environment and landscape. We designed the lots to preserve the character of "the clearing in the woods. At the same time, a cozy spot has been created around each house. The environment has also been considered. The zero energy project is realized with the help of heat pumps, solar panels and solar water heaters, which are subtly concealed in the landscape and hidden from view. The house is kept comfortably warm in winter by underfloor heating in all rooms. In hot weather, it is a few degrees cooler inside than outside, as the floors are then slightly cooled. Electronic devices are powered by the Texel sun using solar panels.

First floor:
- Entrance and corridor with storage room, WC, stairs, coat rack and mirror
- Living room with fireplace (coming soon), cozy sitting area and dining area.
- Kitchen with four-burner induction hob
- Master bedroom with two box-spring beds with a top mattress and two stools, a wardrobe and a second TV.
- Bathroom with a spacious shower with hand and rain shower, sunshower, shower chair and a washbasin with mirror cabinet and base cabinet.
The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a sliding door.

The upper floor:
- Two bedrooms each with two box-spring beds, two hockers each, dresser closet and blackout blinds
- Bathroom with sink, whirlpool tub, shower, WC,
- Storage room with a camp bed for babies and toddlers. Camping bed mattress high chair playpen

Fully equipped including a washing machine, dryer, wood stove, flat screen TV, Bluray player, radio CD player with docking station, cabinet cabinet, generous kitchen inventory, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, Senseo coffee maker, coffee maker and kettle.

- There is free wireless internet
- Towels and bed linen for rent (not required)
- There is 1 pet allowed. A second pet is usually allowed, but please consult about this
- Crib and playpen for free on request (bring your own bed linen)
