You have a private terrace with afternoon sun and free run out to the garden overlooking the forest edge of Hoorn. Inside you will find a relaxing sitting area, open kitchen and dining table. In the back is the bathroom and stairs leading upstairs. There a landing with closet space and two bedrooms. A smaller bedroom with 2 box springs of 80x200cm and a larger bedroom with 2 box springs of 80x200cm and 1 box spring of 90x200cm. Dog free.

On our property there is also a common room with books and games a spacious cooking facility and enough tables and chairs for a common meal, ideal for family weekend or with friends.
