Surroundings:
Casa Juan Carlos is a recreation house on the Dorpsstraat in Hoorn on Terschelling in the province of Friesland. Centrally located between the Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the Hoornsebos and nature reserve De Boschplaat.

The cottage:
Casa Juan Carlos is decorated with a Spanish twist.
The living room has an open kitchen with dishwasher and combi-oven appliances. You can spin LPs on the record player. The living room has access to the enclosed garden through French doors.

The bathroom has a rain shower. There is a washing machine you can use. The toilet is a separate room.
The entire first floor has underfloor heating.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The beds are made when you move into the apartment.

Bed linen, made beds, towels, kitchen towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Guest access:
You have the entire cottage and fenced garden to yourself.
Are you coming by car? There is parking, but the car can also be parked on the street in front or at the back of the apartment.
Casa Juan Carlos is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Suitable for a vacation with children:
Are you coming with small children? The garden is enclosed with a fence. A crib, playpen and high chair are provided for you.

Bicycles:
Bicycles must be outside. Are you renting an electric bike? Ask for an electric bike with a removable battery so that the battery can be charged inside.

Tourist tax:
The rental price does not include tourist tax. The municipality of Terschelling uses for 2023 an amount of 1,92 euro per person per night (from 4 years). The amount of tourist tax for 2024 is not yet known. For information see the website of the Municipality of Terschelling.

Rental price:
Rental prices are between 380.00 euros for a weekend or midweek in low season and 800.00 euros for a week in high season.
