The privately owned detached 6-person water homes are built with robust materials and are located on spacious sites. Each house overlooks the water and has a jetty made of sustainable wood. From your waterside terrace you can enjoy the evening after another day on the Frisian water.
The waterfront homes are located on a generous pond that is in direct connection with the Grote Potten. Because they have to pass under a small bridge (1.20 meters high), there is a maximum height for the boats that can moor near these houses. From there you can sail onto the Sneekermeer.
The water dwellings are privately owned and differ in their layout. The houses are for recreational use only.

Deposit
When renting an accommodation there is a standard deposit of € 300,-.
During the Sneekweek in August the deposit is € 500,-.
This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided there are no major defects, everything is complete and the accommodation is left tidy on departure.
