The 1916 white house is located at the end of a rural road on the edge of Bunthorst & Grote Slink estate. The estate belongs to Brabants Landschap and is a protected nature reserve. Stately old beeches and American oaks at the back of the house give a sheltered feeling. The large garden and the house face south, so full sun. On the other side you can walk straight into the forest for a walk in the woods, a run or a bike ride. It is a semi-detached house. The elderly neighbors are friendly and quiet. Because of two sheds and a large hedge, the gardens are completely separated and you have a lot of privacy. Layout On the first floor is the new kitchen and is equipped with all comforts. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room with wood stove and a dining room on the forest side. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms. The bathroom is new, including bathtub and separate shower. A crib is available. Stove wood can be added for €30.
