Luxury 4 pers. furnished vacation villa in wooded area with views over farmlands, 1570m2 landscaped woodland garden. There is room for relaxation, walking, cycling or just enjoy the spacious terrace with several sun / shade seats. The kitchen is lowered (ideal for people in wheelchairs, by a raised portion is multi functional) Because each bedroom has its own bathroom, there is plenty of privacy, the master bedroom (high / low bed) annex (in) disabled bathroom and toilet. The nature cottage completely barrier-free, with underfloor heating and 3 doors so you can bring nature inside. The cozy wood stove provides a romantic atmosphere.
All prices are based on use of 1 bedroom/bathroom with 2pers. Do you use the 2nd bedroom and / or bathroom we ask per stay 100 euros on the total amount (for a midweek 50 euros)
Also we charge from 2025 9% VAT this will be deducted from the deposit!!! (This is NOT included in the sum)
