The green surroundings offer tranquility and plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Sallandse Heuvelrug, with its rolling moors and forests, is a stone's throw away. Since 2023, the cottage has a lockable shed where bicycles can be safely stored and electric bikes recharged.
