We, Agatha and Wim Beeke, have owned this vacation home in Haamstede since 1997. Before that time our parents were the happy owners. Both our parents and our own family have spent many happy vacations at this place. Especially for children, but also for older people, it is a good base for rest, sun, sea, forest and beach.
The plot of land is 625 M2 and surrounded by a hedge, safe for children and pets.
By 2022, the house is basically gas-free. The existing central heating system is no longer needed for heating and hot water. The solar panels generate enough energy for induction cooking, heat pump for heating and cooling (air conditioning), underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom plus hot water.
We maintain the house ourselves. Convenience, cosiness and above all cleanliness is our motto. On our website is the occupancy overview.
