The house offers a unique view of the dunes from the living room
through the large windows and French doors.
The south-facing terrace has two large, fixed, classic windbreaks.

The house is situated on a large lawn, between two nature reserves.
With its many possibilities
and direct access to the beach and nature reserve, this holiday home is perfect for all seasons.
And it's different in spring, summer, autumn, and even a week of "getting some fresh air" in the winter.
It's a truly special experience with the view of the dunes.

This holiday home is located near the sea and beach, on a small, quiet,
non-commercial, car-free park, on a large lawn overlooking the dunes.
It's close to many beach pavilions, restaurants, and the city of Vlissingen.
This makes it a very expensive location.

This classic beach holiday home has a very spacious kitchen/diner
and a new kitchen.

The living room has a very large corner sofa, TV, and internet.
The shower and toilet are downstairs.
The sink and cupboards are in the small room next door.
And sleeping is under the sloping roof, with two bedrooms.
One double bed (140 cm by 2 m) and two beds (90 cm x 2 m).

DE ZON IN ZEELAND is ready to move in!

Beds are made, towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner bags, garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and a garbage bag are provided.
There is internet and TV.
There is a large fridge-freezer, a combination oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a kettle, a large mussel saucepan, an air fryer, a blender, and two coffee makers: a filter and a Senseo.
The small shed houses the washing machine, garden chairs, cushions, a parasol, two sun loungers, and an outdoor tap.
A large wooden picnic set is on the terrace.

On request:
Nespresso machine, BBQ, toddler furniture, beach toys, crib, bath and high chair.
Dogs are only allowed upon request.

+ Pre-cleaning, clearing the sand from the terrace and grass, taking care of the key,

+ Making the beds, stocking the cupboards with towels, bath towels, tea towels, work cloths, consumables, etc.
+ Pre-purchasing items such as toilet paper, vacuum cleaner bags, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, cleaning products, hand soap, from paper towels to garbage bags. Before guests leave: Key collection and house inspection.
* Rental costs for bed linen, towels, shower towels, tea towels, etc.
* Costs for: water, free parking so close to the beach, park fees, waste disposal, municipal taxes, sewage, fixed charges for electricity and gas, rental administration costs, creating advertisements, advertising subscriptions, mandatory annual central heating inspections, reservations for house maintenance, accountant, and insurance.

The house is located in a car-free park, almost at the back, on the left.
Behind the house are two old handcarts for your luggage.

You will receive two phone numbers for the house when you book.

There is one phone number specifically for this house.
This number may not always answer. That's normal.
These people might be at work or driving in their cars.
In that case, they won't answer their phone.
You don't have to wait. You can call the other number right away.

* We ask that you write something in the guest book.

Could you write something about where you went during your vacation?

On departure:
-- Please leave everything you used tidy and clean.
-- Strip the used bedding just before you leave.
-- Gather all laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily.
-- Please call before you leave, as there is only one parking space.
The laundry can then be picked up. Additional costs will be charged.
