The chalet is located in the Duinzicht holiday park in Koudekerke, a very popular holiday destination on the Walscheren peninsula in Zeeland, Netherlands. The beach is just a stone's throw away.

This beautiful chalet was newly built in 2023. The 218 m² plot is a leasehold with an annual ground rent of approximately €9,100. Annual insurance costs an additional €460. The chalet can be used for personal occupancy, or it can be rented out (e.g., for approximately €4,500 per month during the summer holidays). Rental and cleaning services can be arranged through the park for a fee. So far, the chalet has only been used by the owners and has not been rented out.

The 44 m² chalet comfortably accommodates 4-6 people. In the immediate vicinity, there are several destinations for day trips, such as the towns of Middelburg, Domburg, Vlissingen, and a few other villages.

You can also relax in the nature reserve right by the beach, which can be explored on foot or by bicycle. The beautiful, wide sandy beach itself is also perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll.
