The kitchenette has a double electric hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, regular microwave and a dining area for two.
Living room
There is a comfortable sitting area with two chairs and a TV. In the accommodation there is a radio/CD player with DVD function and USB function to play music from your phone. The apartment has central heating.
Bedroom
In the living room there are two single box spring beds of 0.90 by 2 meters with single comforters. Adding a baby bed is possible.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower cabin.
Outside
There is a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun even in early spring.
The apartments at the rear (No. 456 and 458) have private parking. In the apartments at the front (No. 452 and 455) you can unfortunately not park at the apartment, but close by. There is private parking at the adjacent recreation hall.

There is a TV in the living room. You can use free Wi-Fi.
Other
Pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking accommodation. You pay a deposit of €100. The deposit will be refunded to you within two weeks after departure, provided that there are no major defects, everything is complete and you have left the accommodation tidy.
Please note: Apartments 452 and 455 are adjacent to the playground, splash park and central path towards the beach, a busier area. Apartments 456 and 458 (rear) are quieter, location please book with preference!
