I am Manon. I worked for 20 years as a teacher and child therapist with children from 4 to 12 years old. Then I changed course and started a restaurant, b&b and vacation home Sapere together with my partner Jan after several years of renovations. I love to cook and Jan is a great wine lover. We have traveled a lot together, I like to read, go to the movies, theater and love good food. We also have three dogs, chickens, sheep, goats and geese.
