Appartement in Marina

Location:
This beautifully located apartment is situated in the village of Marina, in the Trogir/Split area (Croatia), just 100 meters from the beach and the sea. Split Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The village and two large supermarkets are within walking distance, no more than 5 minutes on foot.

Outside:
The apartment building is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. It consists of three apartments: on the ground floor, first, and second floors. Our apartment is located on the first floor. In front of the building, two private parking spaces are available, with parking barriers. The apartment has three private terraces:
- A front terrace with a table, seating 4 to 6 people.
- A large terrace that spans the entire depth of the building with the same table and 12 chairs. Suitable for 10+ people. (7m x 4,5m)
- There is also a large terrace above, where a clothes dryer or swimming pool can be placed.
All terraces are accessible via a side door from the living room or through the shared hallway.

Inside:
- Hallway: Spacious hallway with a large built-in storage closet.
- Bathroom 1: Shower, toilet, sink, and towel heater.
- Bathroom 2: Bathtub, toilet, sink, heating above the door, washing machine (replaced in 2023), and water heater (replaced in 2023).
- Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in closets around it, large closet, air conditioning (replaced in 2024), roller shutter, mosquito net, and blinds.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be converted into a double bed), large built-in corner closet, air conditioning (replaced in 2024), roller shutter, mosquito net, and blinds.

Living room with integrated kitchen:
- Living room: Large sliding door with a view of the harbor and the sea. Internet connection since 2023. Corner sofa, TV connection with satellite or internet, and air conditioning.
- Kitchen: Large extendable dining table for 8 people, 6 leather chairs. Electric appliances: fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, extractor fan. The fridge and dishwasher were replaced in 2023.
