Le Reve de Breuillac

Le Reve de Breuillac is a spacious, rustic cottage carefully renovated as a family only destination which is important to us and our comminity. We have retained characterful features such as exposed beams and an original fireplace. It is situated in a small rural hamlet (Le Breuillac) 12 minutes from the lovely historic town of Civray where there are supermarkets, shops, a Tourist Information, pharmacies post office, banks, hairdressers, bars, cafés, restaurants and twice weekly markets selling local produce.

Le Reve de Breuillac is situated on the D177 just outside of Surin near Civray. It is set in private grounds with lots of off street private parking, a large grassed wrap around garden, fabulous private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a sun terrace with gazebo, outdoor dining table and chairs.

The cottage has a spacious open plan dining room and fully fitted kitchen, following through to a comfortable sitting room. All on one level, 3 large bedrooms, (one with ensuite) a further bathroom and separate toilet.

Sitting room- equipped with 3 very comfortable sofas, wood burning stove, Smart TV, fibre broadband and blue ray DVD player.

Dining kitchen - large dining table and chairs to seat up to 7, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, all well equipped for cooking and dining.

The Master bedroom has feature beams and a super king size four poster bed with a cot, ensuite comprising of 2 sinks, bath with shower over, a walk-in shower and toilet, with french doors leading out to the delightful front terrace. The second bedroom has feature beams, king size bed with sofa and chest of drawers. The third bedroom (family room) has 2 single beds and a single day bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers.

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a bath with shower over and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet.

The barn has an outdoor kitchen with gas bbq and fridge. There is also a dining table and chairs and a comfortable corner sofa. Games available are table tennis, badminton, boules and croquet.

Bed linen, bath and pool towels, toilteries included.
