The cozy furnished smoke-free home has a living area of 90m2.On the upper floor there is a large living room with sitting area, Smart TV, hi-fi system and Blue-Ray player. W-Lan is provided for free upon request. 2 bedrooms: 15m2 with double bed (160x200), 12m2 with bunk beds for two people. There is a small shower room of about 7m2 on both floors. On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the terrace. A Weber barbecue is part of the house inventory, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Wood for one-time sauna use is included in the price. Additional wood costs 30€. Towels and bedding must be brought by the tenants, but can be provided at a cost of 10€ per person. Linen is included in the price for rentals of 7 days or more.
