Delivery

All villas have their own private swimming pool (for the two- and three-bedroom villas) or jacuzzi (for the bungalows). They also have their own designated parking spaces.
The price includes the plot and the completed home with a swimming pool or jacuzzi, excluding furniture and lighting fixtures. Furniture packages will also be available upon request and at an extra cost.

The Developer
